The Bunker B1<\/strong> is an underground high-security shelter <\/strong>with a usable floor area of 18 m\u00b2<\/strong>, designed to protect people as well as sensitive areas and critical functions<\/strong>. To ensure the safety and security of your family<\/strong>, and to provide protection in situations involving elevated threat levels, BSSD offers this bunker in three standard sizes<\/strong>, each of which can be individually configured through extensive customization options<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Thanks to its modular steel construction<\/strong>, the Bunker B1 represents the most time-efficient solution<\/strong> for creating a fully operational shelter within a short installation period. Furthermore, the system is suitable for both private and institutional applications where structural security, autonomous operation, and technical reliability<\/strong> are of paramount importance. <\/p>\n

Construction & Structure<\/h3>\n

The bunker is built from a robust steel structure made of S350-grade steel with a wall thickness of 12 mm<\/strong>, engineered to withstand significant mechanical loads. In addition, the exterior is fitted with perimeter insulation (thermal conductivity class WLG 025, 5 cm thickness)<\/strong>, ensuring thermal stability and enhanced protection against environmental influences. <\/p>\n

Its compact design enables underground installation<\/strong> while maximizing the efficient use of available space.<\/p>\n

NBC Air Filtration & Overpressure System<\/h3>\n

To ensure a safe and breathable air supply, the bunker is equipped with a VA 40 NBC filtration system<\/strong><\/a>.
This system enables the bunker to operate in a gas-tight environment while maintaining a controlled positive pressure<\/strong> through the air intake system.<\/p>\n

The filtration unit is capable of removing known chemical, biological, and nuclear contaminants<\/strong> with a filtration efficiency of up to 99%<\/strong>. In addition, both the air intake and exhaust systems are protected by a blast protection valve<\/a><\/strong> and integrated overpressure safeguards. <\/p>\n

Access, Security & Emergency Exit<\/h3>\n

The primary access point is secured by an armored door<\/a> featuring a six-point locking system<\/strong>, engineered to provide a high level of resistance against forced entry and external threats.
In the event that the main exit becomes inaccessible during an emergency, the bunker is additionally equipped with an emergency escape hatch<\/strong><\/a>, allowing occupants to evacuate the shelter safely.<\/p>\n

Basic Sanitary Facilities<\/h3>\n

The Bunker B1 comes standard with a dry toilet system<\/a><\/strong>.
