Nordic Pocket Saw Classic – Compact Hand Saw for Outdoor and Emergency Use

The Nordic Pocket Saw Classic is a lightweight and compact hand saw designed for outdoor applications and emergency situations. It allows wood to be cut without bulky tools and is therefore particularly suitable when weight and space are important factors.

Efficient Cutting with Minimal Effort

The saw is designed for single-person use, but can also be operated by two people when cutting larger logs. It works most efficiently on wood with an approximate diameter of 10 cm, but is also suitable for logs ranging from 3 to 45 cm. This makes it highly versatile for both small branches and larger pieces of wood.

The 65 cm long chain is made of hardened carbon steel and features 33 cutting teeth that work in both directions. This enables smooth cutting while reducing the required effort.

Reliable Materials and Safe Handling

The chain is robustly designed and intended for regular use. At the same time, the large nylon handles provide a secure grip, even when wet. This ensures good control while sawing, even under difficult conditions.

Lightweight, Compact, and Versatile

With a weight of only 132 g, the pocket saw is extremely lightweight and easy to transport. It fits easily into backpacks or equipment bags and can therefore be carried at all times.

The saw is suitable for various applications:

Additionally, the saw is supplied with a nylon pouch, allowing it to be stored safely and deployed quickly.

Simple Maintenance for Long Service Life

To maintain performance, the chain should be cleaned regularly. It is also recommended to lubricate it with chainsaw oil. If required, the chain can be sharpened using a 4 mm round file. This ensures reliable functionality even with frequent use.
