- on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last item of goods (in the case of ordering several items in one order with separate delivery),
- on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item (in the case of delivery in several partial shipments or items),

Am Kupfergraben 6a, 10117 Berlin
Email: verkauf@bunker-bssd.de
Tel.: 49 (0) 30-20649396
You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
B. Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
C. Return
You must return the goods to the following address without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
Return shipping costs: You bear the direct costs of returning the product. The following regulations apply depending on the product category:
- Goods that can be sent by parcel post (e.g. accessories, small equipment items): You bear the costs of the return shipment via the cheapest standard postal service.
- Goods requiring freight shipping (e.g., bunk beds, filter systems, safes, armored doors, heavy equipment): Due to the nature of these goods, returns are only possible via freight carrier. The estimated return shipping costs are approximately €80–250, depending on the product and location . The exact amount will be provided upon request before the return shipment.
D. Compensation for diminished value
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary for inspecting the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods. Assembly, installation, or connection with other objects is considered not necessary for inspection and gives rise to a liability for compensation.
E. Exclusions of the right of withdrawal
According to § 312g para. 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following product categories:
E.1 Custom-made products (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB)
There is no right of withdrawal for goods that have been manufactured according to your specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs. This applies in particular to:
- Bunkers & Shelters (individually planned and built)
- Panic rooms (custom-made installations)
- Armoured garages (custom designs)
- High-security construction projects of all kinds
- Custom and special-order products in the field of shelter technology
- Premium glass infrared heaters with individually uploaded customer motif (photo, graphic, personal design) — the exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies from the time of the motif submission and confirmation by the customer, regardless of the start of production (ECJ, Judgment of 21.10.2020, C-529/19)
These products are manufactured exclusively according to individual planning and order confirmation. Due to their design, returns are not possible.
E.2 Hygiene articles and products for health protection (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB)
There is no right of withdrawal for goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to:
Respiratory protection:
- Respiratory protection disaster kits — these kits contain respiratory masks and filter components that, once the protective packaging has been opened or after trying them on, can no longer be considered hygienically safe for return.
- Full face mask — Respiratory masks with skin contact, excluded from the right of withdrawal after fitting
- Fire escape hood — sealed safety packaging; no returns possible after opening.
- All other respiratory protection products with direct skin contact (masks, hoods, filters)
Protective suits:
- Chemical protective suit — disposable protective suit; once tried on or the original packaging has been opened, returns are not possible due to hygiene reasons.
- All other disposable protective suits and chemical protective suits
First Aid / Medical devices:
- Bandages, plasters, sterile disposable items and medical consumables from the first aid sector — excluded after breaking the seal.
Note: The right of withdrawal remains valid as long as the original seal is unbroken and the goods are returned in their original condition. Please inspect respiratory protection products, if possible, without removing the original packaging.
E.3 Perishable goods and food (§ 312g para. 2 no. 2 BGB)
There is no right of withdrawal for goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded. This applies in particular to:
- All long-term food packages (e.g., freeze-dried foods) — these products are subject to an immediate loss of quality due to moisture ingress once the seal is broken.
- Emergency rations and drinking water reserves
- Food products with a best-before date
Note: You can exercise your right of withdrawal for unopened, originally packaged food items, provided the best-before date is still sufficiently far in the future and the cold chain/storage conditions have been maintained. If you have any doubts, please contact us before returning the item.
E.4 Built-in or connected goods (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB analogously)
There is no right of withdrawal for goods that, after delivery, have become inseparably connected to other objects or parts of buildings due to their nature. This applies in particular to:

- Assembled filter systems and overpressure systems
- Permanently installed sanitary facilities and electrical accessories
- Built-in shelter beds and steel interior fittings
E.5 Fully performed services (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB)
There is no right of withdrawal for services that have been fully performed with your express consent before the withdrawal period has expired. This applies in particular to:
- Consulting services (after complete provision)
- Creation of shelter manuals and planning documents
- Expert reports and feasibility studies
- Architectural and engineering services
