The Bunker B0 is an underground high-security shelter with a usable floor area of 9.6 m², designed to protect people and critical infrastructure. To ensure the safety and security of your family, as well as provide protection in elevated-risk situations, BSSD offers this bunker in three standard sizes, each of which can be individually configured through a wide range of customization options.

Thanks to its modular steel construction, the Bunker B0 represents the most time-efficient solution for establishing a fully operational shelter within a short installation period. Furthermore, the system is suitable for both private and institutional applications where structural security, autonomous operation, and technical reliability are paramount.

Construction & Structure

The bunker is built from a robust steel structure made of S350-grade steel with a wall thickness of 12 mm, engineered to withstand significant mechanical loads. In addition, the exterior is fitted with perimeter insulation (thermal conductivity class WLG 025, 5 cm thickness), ensuring thermal stability and enhanced protection against environmental influences.

Its compact design enables underground installation while maximizing the efficient use of available space.

NBC Air Filtration & Overpressure System

To ensure a safe and breathable air supply, the bunker is equipped with a VA 40 NBC filtration system.
This system enables the bunker to operate in a gas-tight environment while maintaining a controlled positive pressure through the air intake system.

The filtration unit is capable of removing known chemical, biological, and nuclear contaminants with a filtration efficiency of up to 99%. In addition, both the air intake and exhaust systems are protected by a blast protection valve and integrated overpressure safeguards.

Access, Security & Emergency Exit

The primary access point is secured by an armored door featuring a six-point locking system, engineered to provide a high level of resistance against forced entry and external threats.
In the event that the main exit becomes inaccessible during an emergency, the bunker is additionally equipped with an emergency escape hatch, allowing occupants to evacuate the shelter safely.

Basic Sanitary Facilities

The Bunker B0 comes standard with a dry toilet system.
The standard supply package includes:

• 50 waste disposal bags

• 25 waste disposal bags

This equipment ensures a basic level of self-sufficient operation, even during extended periods of occupancy.
