House-Bunker “SafeOffice” – autonomous Shelter

The BSSD House Bunker is a compact, fully equipped shelter designed for both private and institutional use. This product was developed in collaboration between BSSD and Veloform. It was conceived in response to rising geopolitical tensions in Europe and provides a structurally and technically advanced solution for households and organizations seeking to secure their safety infrastructure.

The shelter has an area of approximately 16 m² and is constructed from 20 cm thick reinforced concrete. The structure is designed to withstand drone attacks, mortar fire, and 107 mm rocket impacts. When installed at an appropriate depth, it can also significantly reduce the pressure and radiation effects of a nuclear explosion in the surrounding area.

Interior & autonomous operation

The House Bunker is designed as a livable retreat and enables autonomous use for several days.

Features include:

• Four foldable sleeping spaces

• Shower and toilet

• Mini kitchen

• Lighting system with adjustable color and brightness

• Display module as a “virtual window”

• Technical infrastructure for autonomous living up to seven days

The concept deliberately follows a residential approach: the shelter is not perceived as a purely functional concrete space, but as a modern security module with a high level of comfort.

V3 – Premium

• Base module with full premium equipment

• High-quality interior wall structure, integrated appliances and fittings

• Features: 2 bunk beds, space-saving table, desk, office chair, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toilet, integrated cabinets, tiled flooring, suspended ceiling, extensive electrical package, integrated charging stations, data infrastructure, LED window “Gardenview”
