The emergency escape respirator escABEK-P3 15 is designed for rapid self-rescue from hazardous environments. The escape hood reliably protects the respiratory system, eyes, and entire head and is suitable for chemical emergency situations in industrial facilities, laboratories, technical installations, and hazardous material areas.
The device complies with DIN 58647-7-ABEK15 and DIN EN 14387 standards. It provides a minimum protection duration of 15 minutes against organic and inorganic gases and vapours, sulfur dioxide, ammonia, as well as toxic and highly toxic particulates.
Fast deployment in emergency situations
The escape respirator can be donned within seconds. Printed step-by-step pictograms support correct and safe usage even under high-stress conditions.
The combination of mouthpiece and nose clip ensures a secure seal in contaminated environments. Its ergonomic design also allows reliable use by different users, including individuals wearing glasses or beards.
High protection level and wearing comfort
The heat-resistant hood made of PTFE (Teflon film) offers strong resistance to a wide range of chemical substances. At the same time, the large visor ensures clear visibility and safe orientation during evacuation.
In addition, the hood is equipped with an adjustable neck seal, improving fit and comfort. Thanks to its compact design, the device is lightweight and easy to store.
