The DIRIN 230 NBC A2B2E2K2Hg-P3 R from EKASTU Safety was developed for demanding operational environments where reliable protection against various hazardous substances is required. The multi-range combination filter protects against organic gases and vapors with a boiling point above 65 °C, as well as inorganic gases, sulfur dioxide, ammonia, mercury vapors, and highly toxic particles.

In addition, the filter has been tested by recognized testing institutes as an NBC and civil protection filter. This makes it suitable for both industrial applications and use in disaster protection, civil protection, and emergency service sectors.

Reliable Protection Through Multi-Range Filtration

The integrated impregnated activated carbon effectively removes harmful gases and vapors from the surrounding air. At the same time, the BIOSTOP particle filter reliably removes hazardous particles from the breathing air.

The particle filter is positioned on the inhalation side in front of the gas filter section and is gas-tight connected to the housing. This supports reliable filtration performance even under demanding conditions.

Robust and User-Friendly Design

The filter housing is made of robust plastic and features a standardized round thread connection according to DIN EN 148-1. This allows the filter to be combined with full-face masks according to EN 136 as well as half masks according to EN 140.

In addition, all materials used are suitable for incineration, making disposal environmentally friendly. Both filter openings are additionally protected by water-vapor-tight sealing caps.
