The BLITZ 15 escape respirator was developed for rapid self-rescue during chemical incidents and unexpected leaks. It provides reliable protection against organic and inorganic gases and vapours, sulphur dioxide, and ammonia. At the same time, its compact design allows easy carrying during everyday work.

Thanks to its intuitive handling, the device can be put on quickly and correctly in an emergency. This enables users to leave hazardous areas safely and without unnecessary delay.

Quick and Easy Application

The escape respirator features a special mouthpiece assembly with mouthpiece and nose clip. This makes the device suitable for almost all users, including people who wear glasses or have facial hair.

In addition, clearly visible operating pictograms on the housing support safe use in stressful situations. The integrated locking system also protects against accidental opening and tampering.

Compact, Lightweight and Flexible

The robust plastic housing is particularly compact and can easily be attached to a belt or carried in a pocket. The integrated belt clip also enables hygienic use by different users, such as employees or visitors.

With a total weight of only approx. 240 g, the device remains lightweight, comfortable, and easy to transport.

Long Storage Life and Reliable Protection

The innovative filter technology ensures a long service life and a storage period of up to 6 years in the original packaging. The device also complies with the requirements of DIN 58647-7 and the PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425.

The ABEK 15 filter provides at least 15 minutes of protection against:
