Armored Steel Security Sliding Door

Our armored steel security sliding door reliably protects rooms against unauthorized access while increasing the security of sensitive areas. It combines a robust construction with space-saving sliding technology. This makes it particularly suitable for shelters, panic rooms, government buildings, data centers, and other areas with increased security requirements.

Each door is manufactured according to the requirements of the respective project. Therefore, the construction can be optimally adapted to existing structural conditions. At the same time, operators benefit from a durable and low-maintenance solution.

Robust Construction Made of ARMOX Armored Steel

The frame is made of 15 mm thick S355J2 steel. In addition, double-sided ARMOX armored steel plating protects the construction against mechanical stress. The sliding door leaf measures approximately 1000 × 2000 mm and features a stable sandwich construction with ARMOX 500T on the inside and outside.

This provides the door with high stability and makes it suitable for demanding security applications. At the same time, the construction ensures long service life and reliable operation.

Convenient Sliding System

The rollers and C-rail are directly mounted on the door. Additionally, a floor roller guide supports part of the weight. This allows the door to operate smoothly and easily.

The supporting beam is designed as a robust C-profile and features an integrated locking system. The door is also equipped with a panic release mechanism. This allows people to open the door from the inside at any time. At the same time, the door can be unlocked from the outside without causing damage.

High-Quality Surface Finish

All steel components receive a powder coating in RAL 1001. This protects the surface against external influences over the long term. Upon request, the door is also available in custom colors or multi-color finishes.

Installation

The required wall brackets are included in the scope of delivery. Anchors and screws must be provided by the customer on site.

Before installation, the load-bearing capacity of the floor and the strength of the wall should be checked. The door is delivered pre-assembled. In addition, the armored steel security sliding door is available with or without installation.
