Robust design for use in shelters

The air heater consists of a durable steel tube with an inner diameter of 125 mm and is designed to provide uniform heat distribution within the airflow.
The sheet-steel connection housing, mounted on one side, enables a safe, code-compliant connection to existing gas filter and ventilation systems.

The design is intended for long-term use in safety-critical infrastructure.

Precise temperature control and high operational reliability

To ensure controlled and safe heating operation, the air heater is equipped with the following safety features:

• Regulating Safety Thermostat, Externally Operated

  • Infinitely adjustable from 30 °C to 110 °C

• Over-temperature limiter set at 130 °C for additional protection

• Backflow valve (NW 125 mm) in the lower section

  • Prevents heat from flowing back into the fan

  • Protects the entire ventilation system from thermal stress

These components ensure reliable operation even during continuous or emergency operation.

Assembly and Integration

Installation is performed by placing the unit on the corresponding fan (VA 40 / VA 75 / VA 150).
The unit is secured by screwing or riveting.
